Well today I took my new bike out for its first ride. I only did about 14 miles but considering I hadn't been on a street bike for 22 years or any other bike in 9 years I guess 14 miles wasn't bad. I hate to admit it, but I was a little nervous. You see, 22 years ago I was about killed when a dog ran out in front of me doing about 60mph on my old bike. I haven't done any serious riding since. So on todays ride every car or animal I passed was a accident waiting to happen. After about 10 miles I did loosen up a bit and start having fun. Well, hopefully the nerves will go away after I re-gain some lost experience. Everyone ride safe..
